This was my first job in the game industry, I started working on the project as a Unity Programmer and then moved on to level design.

Objective:

  • Create a modern version of Qbert

  • Deliver a robust Level Design Editor to the public that runs in iOS devices

  • Using the Level design Editor to create all game content

  • Achieve interesting aesthetics that reflect Mexican culture

My Responsibilities:

  • Helping the design and debugging of the level editor that ran on an iPad

  • Creating levels using the level editor tool

  • Implementing mechanics and UI

  • Prototyping game mechanics

Level Design

​For the development of the levels a robust editor was created inside Unity 3D, it could be used on mobile devices or inside Unity 3D.

I was a part of the process of designing and debugging of the Level Editor and then using it to create content
